"Like the hats I reviewed earlier, these also needed to be constructed. You need to add the Max and Ruby part onto the blower. They also fell apart after a few times ( they got holes in them) I am guessing they are all that way.
Cute, but not impressed, I think Target brand stuff is more durable and you don't have to pay the shipping and extra costs"

"While these hats are super-cute, they need to be put together. I was disappointed to learn that I had to put the rubber tand things on them as well as fold them up. Between that and also putting together the other things I bought, I spent a good 30 minutes on it. For the price and expensive shipping cost- not worth it."
