Title: Wasn't what I expected/Misrepresentation of Item

"I was looking for a witches cape for my daughter...and per the picture beside the item that is what I thought I was getting...however I received a vampire cape. Was very disappointed but didn't return it because it was just a couple days before Halloween...so that is my fought for waiting til the last minute."
