Title: cute, but not a good design

"The dress does not 'poof' like in the photograph. There are shoulder straps which velcro which do not stay attached and are too long. The sewing is terrible, it ripped in the shoulder after one day, and the weight of the 'Belle' charm pulls down the front of the dress. Not great design. However, my 3 year old doesn't care and wears it everywhere. I just pinned the back with a binder clip."
