"I have two daughters who went as pink and red Crayola crayons. Costumes were vibrant and easy to wear. GREAT for putting over winter coats as we need in MN! Only issue I had was with the cap, I did end up sewing in elastic to help keep in on their heads.
As for Celebrate Express, it was my first time shopping with them and their service was great! Know exactly where I'll be shopping next year!"
