Title: cute but less than expected

"My daughter, age 6, wanted this costume because it looked so cute with the lights. Unfortunately, the lights stopped working after the intial try on. Costume express was very good about exchanging but the second one did not light up at all. Needless to say, my daughter was heartbroken when she did not "twinkle"."
