"Yes, you have to assemble the hats, but it is super easy and doesn't take too much time. We did it the night before the party and had everything set up and ready to go before bed. You just need a little bit of time. With 2 kids I had enough time to assemble."

"I really liked this theme and I am so happy I found it. My son loves trains right now and this was perfect. The plates are what is to be expected. The little train is cute and everyone liked the theme."
