"I did not receive the votive candles with my original order. Called and spoke with, Valerie, the costumer service rep.. She was very pleasant and helpful with remedying the matter. The votives will be here in a week. I'm just glad that I ordered these Waaaaaay in advance for the party I'm planning, as they would have been useless to me without the candles."
