"This shirt is great since it is not as obvious about being a first birthday shirt my son can wear over and over again. It does run a little on the small side, thats probably why they have it at 18 mo instead of 12 mo as the only available size. If you have a baby with a little belly, it might not fit for very long. Definitely remember to wash it before wearing. I forgot so I put a onesie on under it, but the sleeves were a little longer and irratated my son's skin slightly."
