Title: High quality decorations
Date:May 1, 2012
"Threw a gag party for adults using these decorations. It was quite a hit. It really contained everything needed to put an awesome Bieber room together.
If using for a kids birthday party, you may want to purchase extra place settings (it comes with 8 place settings / invitations / name tag lanyards).
It comes with beads for making bracelets. They're really small and would cause a huge mess on carpet. You may want to remove them if that's a concern.
Piñata was well constructed, and broke on the first hit. I purchased some extra candy to put inside, the candy that comes with the box was not quite enough.
The "door poster" was pretty epic and well thought out. It's a light plastic print that we had no trouble hanging with four pieces of tape.
Table cloth was just the right size for a 2-seat folding table (the long skinny kind). I think it would look good on a 4-seat dining table too. I don't think it would cover a full dining table set for eight, so expect to use it for a cake/decoration stand if you're setting up that many places.
Party favors were cheap plastic toys, but popular and didn't break throughout the party.
As an adult party, the goblets were a huge hit for drinks (I bet kids would love them too!). The body gems and stickers ended up being awesome cup markers as well as pasted to a few iPhones. And basically everyone at the party ended up with (at least one) temporary tattoo on.
You may want to order your cake in advance, it was hard to find one at the grocery store in colors that matched the theme.
Total extra party supplies I needed on top of this kit for a ~20 person adult party:
- 3 bags of "kiddie mix" candy from Wallgreens
- 15 plastic cups
- 15 paper plates
- 70 extra napkins
Teardown and cleanup was super easy!"
