"I too found the sizing odd on these. I ordered the XL child size for my little girl who wears a size 6. Had alterations to raise the neckline and had a couple inches taken off the body to make it fitted. I was glad to have ordered the larger size b/c it ended up being long on her. The bottom of the dress hits where the boots start so it doesn't show all the leg like in the picture."
