"Bought this for my daughters 7th Mad Hatter's Birthday Par-Tea! Got it in a timely manner and the quality was great. She wore it with white tights and black mary janes and looked age appropriate and adorable! the back has white ruffles and she looked as cute going as coming!!! Very pleased and the party was a success!"
