"Wow! this is great! it is very puffy and it fit me, i am a very skinny girl size 0 or 2 and i bought this thinking i had to alter it but it fit just fine, its was cheaper then the regular size too! I am so so very happy about this! wonderful if you want a very puff skirt!!!"
