"We were very impressed with this scroll. It was not printed on cheap paper as someone else has stated on another scroll listed. The black frame could've been better quality though. -We love everything we bought, that's under the Prince 1st birthday party theme."

"This is the best baby crown you can buy! There's an adjustable strap on the inner side of the crown which is a bonus. Also, the material is very soft."
