"VERY CUTE
My daughter won 2nd place in a costume contest.
Wish the Dog could attach somehow, I tried sewing it on with a ribbon but it kept coming out & tripping her. One of the straps came off by the shoulder.
To be expected with the thin material. I got a good deal so not that big of a deal & can fix it.
Would buy again. still SUPER CUTE,"
