"very nice and durable. The only problem I had was that I received the wrong banner. However, customer service was very helpful and eager to assist me. I received the item on Friday & my function was the Monday. The c.s. rep corrected my order and had it overnighted. I received my banner on Saturday and My open house was a success on Monday!! Thanks the banner was a hit."
