Title: nice, but too small; wasn't able to use

"Shoes are very pretty, but am very disappointed since the size is off. My daughter's wears a size 9, and I ordered size 9/10. But the shoes are way too small. Even cut the strap on hopes to squeeze her foot in. Still didn't work."
