"I ordered a size up and I was glad I did! My son is thrilled with the costume, but be warned that it needs to be altered. We ordered a size up and the coat fits just right across the shoulders with the sleeves needing to be rolled up. The belt is too short and the sash is too long. So with a little ingenuity I can make this costume work. Just be warned that you'll probably need to do some tweaking and it won't be ready to wear right out of the package. If your kid is a big pirate fan then I'd say it's worth it because the costume will be used for hours of play once halloween is long gone."

"This sword is a lot sturdier than I expected. It has nice detail. I managed to nab it at 20% off so I felt it was worth what I paid for it."
