"I got these hats because my 4 year old really wanted them for his birthday party. But when we started to put them together, we realized that the elastic strings were WAY too short! The string was not long enough to strech down under his chin when the hat was on his head. After several attempts to get the hat on, the only thing we accomplished was hurting my son. The only kid the hat fit on was my baby - he's 7 months old!! If you want the kids at your party to actually be able to WEAR party hats, then DON'T GET THESE!"
