"I bought the cat blowouts for a different party and had a heck of a time cramming the delicate cardboard over the plastic mouthpiece. When I saw the photo of "the pig" I hoped it would be as shown, with no assembly required. The cardboard is flimsy--which is no big deal, as long as you're not the one ripping it when you shove it onto the mouthpiece which is a VERY tight fit. The point of buying online is to save time and have everything ready to go--not the case here."
