"Costume was purchased for my 11 year old daughter. It is super cute...a bit loud but dosen't matter when you are at a party. The real problem is when you put the Battery Operated fan in the hole in the back. The hole was too big and the pack kept falling out. I sewed it in but it didnt work 100% due to the material."
