"Wonderful party pack used for my boy's first birthday. Everything was super cute and good quality. We LOVED it! I bought the package for 16 and then bought some extra plates and cups since we had more than amount of people, but I also just bought some red plates, cups, napkins and utensils at a discount store for cheap to have extras which you can also do. You do need to buy extra balloons though. I bought a few more of the mylar ones, red and blue #1 balloons from this site and then some plain ones from the party store. I also bought a helium tank from the party store for $33 that was good for about 35 balloons."

"This is the only thing I have ordered from this site that isn't perfect. The voice of ELMO is not the real voice and its very dissapointing. Plus a lot of the songs seems drawn-out for some reason. Just not enjoying as much as expected."
