"these balloons are so dark they look black, even after inflated."

Balloon measures 18" in diameter. Pattern is printed on both sides of balloon. May have two different images on either side.

"balloons are cute but the colors are very deal. Look nothing like what the picture shows. Also the foil is scratched up on the front where they have been folded. NOt to thrilled but have no time to return"
