"I have several 1/20 scale dinosaur skeleton models in a huge display case. I needed some palm trees to add richness to the displays or it would all look to...sterile. These 13" palm trees are great! Their bases suck though as they aren't heavy enough to properly support the 2 trees placed in them. But that's ok! I took some air drying dollar store clay, fashioned bases, let them dry, smeared them with glue and sprinkled sand all over them. Looks excellent with my dinos!
One more tip...the fronds are often misshapen when you get them. Just pass the leaves through a jet of steam from a kettle and they will unfold beautifully."
