Title: Cheaply made...but super cute!

"The dress was ripped on two of the vertical stripes across the torso when I pulled it out. I will just fix it opposed to the hassle of returning, but it's frustrating to receive a"project" instead of a costume. My daughter, however, is thrilled and can't wait for halloween!"
