Title: Beautiful but not true to size

"I wear a size 14 dress (not a 14 wide), but I opted to order the larger costume to be comfy. This dress is too tight for me. The disclaimer on the actual package says that it is a woman 5'7" tall and a 14/16. So even though the tag says plus sized. It is not."
