Title: Cute but Not true to size

"This outfit runs very big. My daughter is 6 weighs about 46 pounds. I ordered her a small which was 4-6 of age..)the package says for ages 3-4yrs old), but it is huge..especially around the neck.. it might be going back..My daughter also thought the arms were itchy!"
