"This hat is very cute! It is very durable and can be used multiple times for a party with the family and a party with the babysitter or friends. It stays on pretty well, but you have to tie the ribbon for it to fit your child's head. The ribbon is pretty long so I think it would fit most 1 yr. old babies. It is good quality, just wish it did not cost so much. Should be like $4.99. But I bought it anyways cuz it is so cute and better than the normal paper/cardboard party hats."
