"Cute costume. My daughter is in the 50% for her size and age and this costume is barely big enough. She is 16 months. So I don't think this would fit a baby up to 18 months. Great for the cool weather but it's not very soft. Overall a good costume though."

"Very cute costume. Will probably need to layer a bit since the material is thin and Washington is cold in October. Otherwise a great deal."
