"BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A HELIUM SHORTAGE, and IT IS HARD TO FIND PLACES THAT WILL FILL THE BALLOONS WITH HELIUM. Party City will no longer inflate balloons not purchased at their store. I had to get them inflated at a florist for $1.00 each. The alternative is to buy a disposable helium tank, but the price has jump dramatically. BEWARE!!!"
