"I purchased a flamingo costume for my 22-mo old for Halloween. All the stores claimed to have what I was looking for via telephone, but never did when I visited the store. At the last minute, I found costumesexpress.com and they had exactly what I was looking for! I'll never go anywhere else for my costume needs:-)"
