Title: TOO TIGHT!!

"I expected the hats to come pre-folded as the hats seemed in the pictures and me having to put the elastic strings on them. Well, after i put the strings on one of the hats and tried them on my soon to be one year old son, they were entirely TOO tight to fit around my his face/head whatever. I would not suggest these to ANYONE. It's sad and a waste of material."
