Title: Neck too narrow and soft wings

"This dress looks beautiful, the colors are bright and the dress just sparkles everywhere, I loved it! the material is kind of thin but still a pretty dress, the only two bad things about it were the neck and the wings; the neck was too narrow to fit through my baby's head so we had to fix it, the wings are too soft and don't stay up so we are going to have to fix them with some wire or something else to make them stay up"

"I order this for my 1 year old daughter, I was really excited to put it on when I discovered it was broken, talked to customer service and they sent a new one for free, this time it was in good shape but was a little disappointing to get the first one broken."
