"I ordered my costume on very strict time limit due to another big retail online company failing to deliver and give me plenty of notice of non-delivery and Costume Express came through for me! When I got my costume it was in great condition and when I took it out of package it did shed some feathers...okay a lot of feathers but it's understandable. I got lots of compliments on it and am looking forward to wearing it on Halloween as well.
