"These tights came to me looking as if they had been picked up off the floor and then put into the box. They also had 2 holes in them. When I took them out of the box and took a look at them for the first time, I was shocked that they were in such poor condition. Im sure this had more to do with how Celebrate Express, handled them. I will not be shopping at this sight again."
