"We purchased a cowboy birthday banner from Celebrate Express and couldn't have been happier with the shipping speed and quality of the banner. I almost ordered from another company, but they weren't able to ship the order in time for the party, unlike Celebrate Express who provided a shipping guarantee. The banner added a special touch to our child's first birthday celebration."
