Title: Not What Expected - Poor Quality

"Not at all what I expected. It is very cheaply made and runs small. I wasn't expecting a product that would last, but not even sure this one would last thru 1 Halloween thus I returned the item. In addition, the petticoat did nothing for the skirt."
