"This costume got more laughs, stares, wows, and compliments than I've ever known any costume to get! It's definitely unique. It is a roomy costume with three possible places to put your arms (in the legs, in the side fins, or out slits in front of the fins which is helpful for carrying things, dancing, or generally acting goofy. The opening for the legs is a bit tapered so if you need to move fast you have to pull it up a bit, but the tapering makes it look more like a true shark. The mesh (in the red area) is easy to see through and keeps the costume cooler near your face. The material has a spongy-like feel to it but it is very sturdy. We used pvc foam pipe covering in the attached legs. We cut the covering long enough to act as handles in the costume so my son had the legs swinging and kicking as he walked around---that got a lot of attention. I think it was well worth the money."
