"my little girl is 3 1/2 she is a very small 3 this outfit was to short through stride so I cut legs off that made it cuter but the hat is tooooo small also so I'm having to reorder a hat also so it is a play outfit having another costume custom made this one did not measure up at all. I order alot of costumes this one the first big disappointment."
