Title: Cute hat, but the tie is useless.

"This would be a much better hat if the ribbon was replaced with an elastic string. The ribbon was nearly impossible to tie while my son was moving around - trying to avoid my attempts to put a hat on him. I had to remove a piece of elastic from another hat and attach it with tape. Cute design, but not very practical."

"This is a cute candle, but there wasn't anything to insert into the cake. I had to put a toothpick in the bottom of it to keep it from falling over."
