"Most of the items in this package were great, some were fine and then their were the balloons. The red and blue were fine, however, the white ones suffered from some sort of defect causing thin latex in spots. Every white balloon that was inflated developed a hole within minutes. Long story short we had red and blue balloon bouquets not red, white and blue"
