"These were such a great addition to the party tables!!! Used these along with some guitar trays for our Rockstar party theme.
They are small in size but paired up with other table items...they rock!
Didn;t have any instructions, but assembly was easy to figure out.

"Was excited for this piece of the party decor.
It was very good quality with the exception of the last folded piece....looks like it may have been rolled too soon after production. It had some stuck together banner and markings on it.
Overall-I would recommend this product. It was good material and the printing was just as ordered. It also has grommets for easy hanging."
