Title: fits small on top

"Overall, the dress is lovely and my daughter adores it. However, the stitching around the arms and waist was too tight and we had to order a size larger. My daughter normally wears a size 7, but we had to order a large (10) to compensate for the tightness above. Now, I will have to hem the dress."
