Title: cute but runs small

"This is a very cute costume but it does seem to run small. Ordered a 2T for an average sized 22 month old and the suit does not leave much room for an extra layer underneath. Also, the hood is way to small and sits back way too far on the top of the head. The fabric overall design is cute though and for the reduced price, we will be keeping it."
