"I looked all over for these plates. But couldn't find them anywhere locally. My baby girl was turning 1 and she looks just like Abby Cadabby...well atleast her hair is in puffs!!! The ordering process was simple and easy. The price was even better. And the plates are VERY cute! Thanks Birthday Express!"
