"These hats are really cute, but they do not come whole. they are flat, and you have to fold them yourself. I had 3 sets of these and 2 sets of the boy monkey hats, and it took me about 3 minutes per hat to assemble including putting the strings on. Not only was that the biggest pain ever, but it also made the hats look cheap. I wouldn't have gotten them if they didn't match my theme."
