"I've tried to follow the maual very carefully but it does not work at all. my daughter's birthday party has finished and I still don't know how to make it work. in the last minute, I had to rush to the store to buy more ready made floating ballons. it is competely a waste of money. and it is so expensive! I don't know what it is used for."
