Title: too small to fit even a 6 year old's head

"these necklaces are really cute and i was very excited when i received them. however, putting my party favor boxes together last nite, the necklaces looked small once they were out of the bag. they won't even fit over my 6 year old's head (and the minimum age is 3 years old) - so who exactly is supposed to be able to wear these?"
