"This costume is missing ONE KEY thing, a built in pair of bloomers/lollipops. You expect it to be a short skirt but it is sooooo short that your rear literally hangs out the back. Because there is no "built-in" bodysuit the dress just rides up to an x-rated level. This could EASILY be solved by having a sewn in bloomer/bodysuit piece to cover your rear and keep the dress from riding up. I had to spend another $15 on top of the costume price just to purchase leggings to wear underneath it which ruins the point of buying a cute dress. Disappointed...."
