Title: Awful, impossible to open

"These water bottles are a complete disappointment. Neither my husband nor I could open the bottle top to put water in the bottle. We struggled with each bottle before giving up. Our hands hurt from struggling. We made it through 10 bottles, so we know it wasn't just one bottle. Clearly, these are awful. My hands still hurt."
