Title: fun for the party

"This 'windsock' is very sparkly and colorful. It spins in the wind and shimmers. It looked great on our front porch! Bottom balloon fell off, due to it hitting the ground. Survived well otherwise for a couple days outside. Would not do good in rainy weather - it's a thin plastic."

"Very cool balloon! See through, clear. Like latex, but different. Inflates easily. Still floating after a week (supposed to last up to 4 weeks)."
